Quick and Easy Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet.
  3. Press the pizza dough out evenly onto the baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl combine the oil or melted butter with minced garlic and dried basil; brush over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese then top with parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the sliced olives over the top (if using).
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crisp.
  8. Cut into squares and serve warm.
