Directions:

  1. Add dried fruit to apple juice in container and microwave for 2 minutes to plump up fruit.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Cream together fat, sugars, spices, and eggs.
  4. Combine all ingredients together.
  5. Mound high into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake for thirty minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from muffin pan onto a wire rack and allow to cool, if you can!
  8. Freezes well or keep in air tight covered container in fridge for up to three days.
