Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp mace
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • topping
  • 1 tsp pumpkn pie spice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Stir in brown sugar, raisins and walnuts.
  2. Beat together oil, milk, juice, egg, peel and pumpkin.
  3. Pour into dry mixture.
  4. Stir just until blended.
  5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  6. Sprinkle topping mixture on batter.
  7. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.
