Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend sugar and oil; add beaten eggs. Add pumpkin; then dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
  3. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
