Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 325 degrees.
  2. Beat together first six ingredients.
  3. Add dry ingredients and beat well.
  4. Drop into muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 18 minute.
