Ingredients:

  • 7 1/2 oz. pure pumpkin (1/2 of a 15 oz. c a n)
  • 500 g (1/2 container) light whipped topping
  • 225 g (2 pudding cups) sugar free jell-o snacks ( vanilla)
  • 1 cinnamon , to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine pumpkin, Cool Whip and Jell-O in a bowl
  2. Stir in Fiber One
  3. Spoon into nonstick mini muffin tins and freeze
  4. Makes 15 yummy nuggets
