Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the ingredients for the first batter in the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk until smooth.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the second batter.
  3. Gradually mix the second batter with the first batter and continue beating until blended and soft.
  4. Remove the bowl from the mixer.
  5. Using a slotted metal spoon, gradually fold in the ingredients for the third batter with a slow, circular motion.
  6. Butter a large rectangular pan and pour in the mixture.
  7. Level the surface with a spatula.
  8. Place the pan immediately in a preheated oven at 350°F/170°C for about 35-40 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for 5-10 minutes inside the pan.
  10. Remove and serve.
