  1. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, basil and soup mix. Add broccoli and macaroni; toss to coat well. Cover; chill 2 hours. Makes 6 cups.
  2. Variation: Substitute I medium tomato, chopped, for broccoli florets.
