Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mayo, dill, hot sauce, mustard, green olives and garlic.
  2. Spread evenly over cut sides of all pieces of bread.
  3. Top with slices of cheese.
  4. Add ham and pineapple pieces, then onion slices and tomato slices.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake at 400 for about 12-15 min until edges of bread are crusty and golden brown and cheese is melted.
