Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in the pressure cooker over medium heat& saute onions& garlic until soft.
  2. Add tomato sauce, stock and carrots and bring to boil.
  3. Mix meat, rice, egg and spices together and form into small meat balls.
  4. Drop meatballs into boiling stock.
  5. Seal cooker and bring up to high pressure.
  6. Stabilize pressure and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Quick release.
  8. Serve with grated pepper jack cheese.
