Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork spareribs , find net weight after cooking
  • 204 g (3/4 cup) hunt's ketchup
  • 82 g (6 tbsp) brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Place meaty side up on sprayed rack in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover tightly with foil.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes or till tender. Drain. Remove rack and return ribs to pan.
  3. Combine remain ingredients; pour over ribs. Return to oven, uncovered, for 35 minutes or till sauce coats ribs, basting occasionally. (Or may be grilled at this point.)
