Adapted from the REBELS Recipe Team. 3 lbs pork spareribs, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ground ginger, ground mustard, garlic powder, pepper cvt Ingredients:
3 lbs pork spareribs, find net weight after cooking |
204 g (3/4 cup) hunt's ketchup |
82 g (6 tablespoons) brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup honey |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
3/4 tsp ground ginger |
1/2 tsp ground mustard |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
1/8 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Place meaty side up on sprayed rack in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover tightly with foil. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes or till tender. Drain. Remove rack and return ribs to pan. 3. Combine remain ingredients; pour over ribs. Return to oven, uncovered, for 35 minutes or till sauce coats ribs, basting occasionally. (Or may be grilled at this point.) |
