Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line crock pot with aluminum foil, leaving enough to overlap potatoes when finished.
  2. Layer 1/2 each - bacon, onion, potatoes, cheese, salt, pepper.
  3. Dot with butter (about 1 tbsp).
  4. Repeat with other half.
  5. Overlap with foil.
  6. Cook low 10-12 hours or high at 3-4 hours.
  7. Enjoy!
