Potatoes Boulangere

Ingredients:

  • 900 g potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 150 ml hot stock
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven 350 (180).
  2. Butter a shallow baking dish allover up the sides as well.
  3. Peel the potatoes and slice thinly then chop the onion.
  4. Layer potatoes in dish and sprinkle some of the onion then season with s/p.
  5. Continue layering untill you end up with a layer of potatoes and pour over the stock and the milk dot with the butter.
  6. Bake for 45mins.
