Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice up potatoes and boil in water.
  2. Cut up onion, celery, garlic, cilantro and saute in small amount of cooking oil.
  3. When potatoes become tender, drain most of water and add milk.
  4. Put onion greens, garlic, and oil into potatoes pot.
  5. Add cream cheese, butter, and bacon bits and cook on low for a few minutes.
