Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. defrosted frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together the place in 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
