Pork With Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dust steaks with seasoned flour.
  2. Saute in oil and butter approximately 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  4. Drain excess fat from pan.
  5. Add juice, mustard, sauce and garlic and simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Add slices of orange and reheat with pork, coating well with sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
