6 pork medallions |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned flour |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 orange, sliced, peeled |
3/4 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Dust steaks with seasoned flour. 2. Saute in oil and butter approximately 8 minutes. 3. Remove from pan and keep warm. 4. Drain excess fat from pan. 5. Add juice, mustard, sauce and garlic and simmer for 3 minutes. 6. Add slices of orange and reheat with pork, coating well with sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley. |
