Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and roll into walnut size balls.
  2. Roll in rice.
  3. Brown with 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet.
  4. Place meatballs in a baking dish.
  5. Mix one bottle of BBQ sauce and one bottle of water.
  6. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  7. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
  8. Or, take 1 cup cooked rice and mix with rest of meatball ingredients and continue with recipe as indicated!
