Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant coconut pudding mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seed

Directions:

  1. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
  2. Mix well above ingredients.
  3. Pour into prepared pans.
  4. Bake at 350°F 40-45 minutes.
