Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. HEAT
  2. Place 1 12 cup popover tin on a rimmened baking sheet, slide onto a rack set in the lower third of a cold oven Heat to 400 degrees.
  3. Measure milk into a quart size glass measuring cup, zap about 20 seconds to bring up the room temp. Whisk in tbls.melted butter, salt,flour and whisk in eggs.
  4. FILL
  5. Pull hot pan from oven, coat the cups with the remaining butter. pour in batter until cups are 3/4 full. If some cups remain empty fill with water. return to oven.
  6. BAKE
  7. Let popovers puff undisturbed, until tops have popped and sides are crisp out side and creamy inside (about 30 Min).
  8. Serve immmediatly with butter or jam.
