Ingredients:

  • 1 medium green pepper (cut into 1 in strips)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp lemons
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. In skillet, cook green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cook until thickened; stirring constantly.
  5. Serve over rice.
