1 medium green pepper (cut into 1 in strips) |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 can beef broth |
1/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons lemons |
1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits |
Directions:
1. In skillet, cook green pepper in butter until tender. 2. Remove from heat. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients. 4. Cook until thickened; stirring constantly. 5. Serve over rice. |
