Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook sausage in a skillet as you would ground beef, add onion about 1/3 way through.
  2. When sausage is browned, remove from heat and drain fat.
  3. Transfer to slow cooker.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce, ham, pepperoni and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cover; cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Serve cheese and bread cubes with fondue forks or toothpicks.
