Pizza Crust (All-Purpose Flour or Spelt Flour)

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Set aside 1 cup of flour from total amount.
  2. Mix 1 1/2 cup flour, yeast and salt.
  3. Put oil in hot water.
  4. Add water and oil to flour mixture.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add extra cup of flour.
  7. Knead. Pay attention to the consistency of the dough. Sometimes with Spelt flour you need to add a bit extra to get the doughy consistency you need.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Press into greased pizza pan.
  10. Top with favourite pizza toppings.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  12. Enjoy!
