Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 slice lemon

Directions:

  1. Warm the milk, but don't boil.
  2. Pour into a mug and stir in the honey and vanilla.
  3. Squeeze a few drops of the lemon slice into the mixture or just drop the whole thing inches.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and enjoy.
