Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening, sugar and flavorings then add egg and beat until smooth.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
  3. Add to egg mixture alternately with drained pineapple.
  4. Fold in pecans and drop by teaspoons 3 apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
