Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain the pineapple pieces, saving the juice.
  2. Combine pudding mix and pineapple juice, and water.
  3. Mix with electric mixer.
  4. When slightly thickened, add pineapple chunks and butter.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Pour into the pie crust.
  7. Cool.
  8. Just before serving, top with cool whip and sprinkle with coconut.
