Pineapple Chicken Supreme

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown chicken in oil over medium high heat in a large frying pan; remove excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a small pot; mix sugar, cornstarch and chili powder.
  3. Stir in pineapple juice and Chili sauce.
  4. Over medium heat cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring from time to time.
  5. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add pineapple.
  7. Place chicken in a 2 quart casserole or roasting pan.
  8. Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes.
