Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Be sure to drain the pineapple really well, otherwise it may turn out more like a dip rather than a cheese ball.
  2. 2. Combine cream cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, and crushed pineapple.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture in half and shape into two balls.
  4. 4. If desired, roll each ball in pecans.
  5. 5. Chill several hours or overnight.
  6. 6. Serve with crackers.
