Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese and cheddar with electric mixer at medium until well blended. Add bell pepper, onion, Worcestershire, lemon, red pepper and salt. Mix well.
  2. Chill several hours or overnight.
  3. Shape into log.
  4. Garnish with pecans and parsley.
  5. Serve with crackers.
