Ingredients:

  • 1 tin condensed milk (397g)
  • 1 tin crushed pineapple (440g)
  • 190 ml lemon juice
  • 500 ml cremora
  • 250 ml iced water
  • 1 packet tennis biscuits (graham)

Directions:

  1. BEAT CONDENSED MILK AND LEMON JUICE UNTIL THICK.
  2. ADD PINEAPPLES.
  3. BEAT CREAMORA AND ICED WATER UNTIL THICK.
  4. LINE THE BOTTOM OF A DISH WITH BISCUITS.
  5. POUR CONDENSED MILK AND PINEAPPLE MIXTURE OVER BISCUITS.
  6. SPOON BEATEN CREAMORA MIXTURE OVER CONDENSED MILK LAYER.
  7. LEAVE IN FRIDGE UNTIL CHILLED.
