Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and pesto together and spread over fillets on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle chopped tomato over top.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
