Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sage (faskomilo) or 2 tbsp dried chamomile
  • 2 tsp greek honey (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Place sage and water in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over low heat until mixture begins to boil.
  3. Using a strainer, pour the tea into 2 glasses, add honey to each and stir well.
  4. Enjoy with a Greek biscuit!
