Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 -2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar together.
  3. Next add water, applesauce mixture.
  4. Add peppermint extract.
  5. Mix well until you have a consistent dough.
  6. Place on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
  7. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
