Pearl's Granola Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and beat for 1 minute.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each liner about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until done in the middle.
  5. Serve warm.
