Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except nuts; beat vigorously with spoon 1-2 minutes. Stir in nuts.
  2. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake 55-60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
  4. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
