Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil spray or a small amount of margarine.
  3. Cream margarine and sugar in medium mixing bowl.
  4. Add peanuts,vanilla & flour,mix well.
  5. Using your fingers roll dough into small balls about 1 inch across.
  6. Place the balls on the greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 35 minuites.
  8. Remove from the oven.
  9. While still warm roll puffs in the powdered sugar.
  10. Roll in the sugar again when puffs are cool.
