Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 F. for 40 to 45 minutes.
