Directions:

  1. In very large mixing bowl combine light cream, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves then stir in whipping cream until well combined.
  3. Stir in chopped peaches and toasted pecans then freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
  4. Garnish with peach slices and serve.
