Love ice cream? Love peaches? Love nuts? This will satisfy all those cravings. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cups light cream |
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
3 cups whipping cream |
4 cups finely chopped peeled peaches |
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans |
peach slices |
Directions:
1. In very large mixing bowl combine light cream, sugar and vanilla.
2. Stir until sugar dissolves then stir in whipping cream until well combined.
3. Stir in chopped peaches and toasted pecans then freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
4. Garnish with peach slices and serve.
