Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping
  • 2 tsp butter or 2 tsp margarine
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) box graham crackers
  • milk (to soak graham crackers in)
  • crushed cashews (optional)

Directions:

  1. Boil the unopened can of condensed milk in a large amount of water for 1 1/2 hours; let cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, and shipped topping until blended.
  3. Dip individual graham crackers in shallow bowl of milk.
  4. Place crackers in square or rectangular casserole dish in one layer.
  5. Spread half of whipped mixture over crackers.
  6. Place a second layer of crackers over the topping.
  7. Spread other half of whipped mixture over crackers.
  8. Top whipped mixture with remaining crackers.
  9. Open can of condensed milk; stir, then pour over top of crackers.
  10. Sprinkle with crushed cashews.
  11. Freeze overnight.
  12. Serve frozen.
