Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup. sugar
  • 1 stick butter , melted in a 9 x 13 baking dish in 400 degree oven
  • 2 cup. milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all very well and pour into hot butter pan
  2. Bake for 30 minutes
  3. Sprinkle with sugar or spread jam across. Yum! eat warm or cold
