Pam's Garlic Garlic Dip and Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream with chives
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 5 large cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well with mixer or spatula.
  2. Refrigerate.
  3. Use on crackers or as a vegetable dip.
