Oven Roasted Delicata Squash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice squash to 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Remove seeds and membranes.
  3. Mix in small bowl with olive oil and salt.
  4. Arrange in baking dish.
  5. Spread Parmessan cheese over squash.
  6. Place in 350 degree oven.
  7. Bake for approximatly 15 minutes and check.
  8. If you want, you can move to broiler for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
