Oven Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium scraped carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut carrots into strips 1/4 inch thick and about 1 1/2 inches long.
  2. Place in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Dot with brown sugar and butter.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
