Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. Slice potatoes
  3. Spray cookie sheet with Olive oil cooking spay
  4. Arrange potatoes in single layer
  5. Sprinkle with your favoriate seasonings
  6. Spray again with cooking oil
  7. Bake until browned and crispy
  8. You may need to flip them half way through
