Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Place the salmon steaks in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Mix together the oyster sauce, chilli sauce and lime juice and pour over the salmon. Bake near the top of the oven for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle with cilantro.
