Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large mixing bowl beat butter and shortening on medium to high for 30 seconds.
  2. Add powdered sugar and soda and beat until combined.
  3. Beat in egg, juice concentrate, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Mix in flour until combined. (Stir by hand if necessary.).
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  7. Cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute.
  8. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
  9. Combine all frosting ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  10. Adjust powdered sugar amount until proper spreading consistency.
  11. Spread frosting on COMPLETELY cooled cookies.
