Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups papayas , pieces
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix the coconut with 1 tablespoon of water in a blender.
  2. Place over a piece of fine cloth and squeeze out thick coconut milk.
  3. Blend the papaya pieces, orange juice, sugar, coconut milk and ice-cubes in a blender till smooth.
  4. Pour into individual glasses.
  5. Serve immediately with crushed ice.
